Our custom sizing service is designed for customers whose proportions do not fit a standard size chart or who need selected garment dimensions tailored to them. The service is offered only on products where the custom-size option is available or separately confirmed.
What custom sizing includes
Custom sizing starts with your actual body dimensions, not a generic size label. Depending on the costume and construction, our team may modify the garment pattern, adjust component proportions and confirm fit-critical measurements before cutting. Custom sizing does not necessarily mean a fully bespoke design, an in-person fitting or an unlimited number of revisions.
Measurements we usually need
- Height in centimeters and weight in kilograms, used as supporting information.
- Full chest/bust, natural waist and hips in centimeters.
- Shoulder width and sleeve length for jackets or long-sleeved garments.
- Inseam or trouser outseam for pants; torso measurements for one-piece suits when necessary.
- Any additional body, shoe, hat or accessory dimensions requested on the product page.

How the tailoring process works
- Select a product with a custom-size option and submit the requested dimensions at checkout.
- We review your measurements and contact you if important information appears inconsistent or incomplete.
- Once specifications are confirmed, our production team prepares or adjusts the relevant patterns and begins cutting and assembly.
- Accessories and decorative components are completed, and the order undergoes appropriate quality checks before dispatch.
The usual reference processing window for custom-sized costumes is 10–20 business days after complete measurement confirmation and payment. Complicated constructions or newly requested designs may require a longer individually quoted time. Shipping transit is additional; see Shipping & Delivery.
Important fit considerations
Fabric stretch, garment structure, posture, preferred looseness and wearing bulky layers under a costume affect the result. A snug spandex suit is constructed differently from a tailored uniform. We cannot promise a perfect fit solely from a few numbers; please provide accurate information and mention special fit concerns before we begin.
Changes and cancellations
Request corrections as early as possible. Our reference policy allows personalized-order cancellation requests within 48 hours of purchase, before irreversible production steps; after that, customization and material commitments may limit changes, subject to applicable law. Any approved modification that requires new cutting or materials may affect price and timing; we will seek agreement first.
Truly personalized goods are typically excluded from discretionary change-of-mind returns. This does not remove rights related to faulty or non-conforming goods, and choosing only an ordinary stock size does not necessarily create a legal customization exception.
