Which payment methods can I use?
At checkout, select one of the payment options actually displayed for your order. Depending on the enabled integration, this may include a card-processing method, a supported wallet or an express checkout option. We do not guarantee that a specific service—such as PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay—is available unless it is visible during checkout.

Prices and currency
Product prices are displayed with the selected shop currency formatting. Checkout settlement is in USD unless your checkout explicitly identifies another settlement currency. If your card or wallet is denominated in a different currency, the issuer or payment provider may perform a conversion and charge its own fees. Review the final order total before completing payment.
Is checkout secure?
Payment collection is handled according to the enabled provider’s security controls. Depending on the provider, you may be redirected to a secure payment page or asked for an additional authentication step. CosplayOra staff will never ask you to send card numbers, card security codes or account passwords by email.
Why did my payment fail?
Verify the card details, billing address, authentication message, available funds and any restrictions from your issuing bank. If you see a temporary authorization but no confirmation email, check your My Account order history before submitting the payment again to avoid duplicates. Contact your payment provider or our support team if the issue persists.
Taxes and additional charges
Shipping charges and taxes collected by the store will be shown before placing the order. International customs duties and import taxes may be collected at import depending on the destination and the arrangements disclosed at checkout. See Shipping & Delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds normally go to the original payment channel, unless an alternative is agreed and legally permissible. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit after a refund is issued. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
